Getting Help

Email us if you need assistance with account access, email verification, picks, scores, leagues, or another part of the UserPick app.

To help us assist you, include the email address associated with your UserPick account and a brief description of the issue. Please never send us your password.

Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your account directly within the UserPick app:

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Password & Security.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Enter your password to confirm.

Account deletion is immediate and irreversible. Your account, picks, stats, badges, and league memberships are permanently removed.
