3. AI Receptionist SMS Notification Program

Carmona Creations LLC provides automated SMS communications related to telephone calls handled by its AI receptionist service.

The SMS program includes two categories of messages.

A. Business Owner and Employee Notifications

Authorized business owners and employees may receive automated SMS notifications following incoming calls.

Messages may include:

• Caller names and contact information.
• Call summaries and reasons for calling.
• Service requests and appointment inquiries.
• Requested follow-up actions.
• Information needed to respond to customer inquiries.

These notifications are sent to mobile numbers enrolled by authorized business recipients who have expressly agreed to receive operational SMS notifications.

Message frequency varies based on incoming call activity.

B. Caller Confirmation Messages

Callers may choose to receive a one-time SMS confirmation following an interaction with the AI receptionist.

The confirmation indicates that the caller's request has been received and forwarded to the appropriate business.

The AI receptionist requests the caller's express consent during the telephone conversation before sending the message.

If the caller does not agree, no optional confirmation SMS will be sent.

Caller confirmations are generally limited to one message per request.

The confirmation does not guarantee that an appointment has been scheduled, that service has been dispatched, or that a business has accepted a requested appointment unless expressly stated in the message.

4. SMS Consent

By expressly enrolling in the business notification program or agreeing to receive a caller confirmation, you authorize Carmona Creations LLC to send automated SMS messages related to the applicable service.

Consent is limited to the types of messages described at the time of enrollment.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing a service or submitting a telephone inquiry.

Our AI receptionist notification campaign does not include promotional or marketing messages.

5. Message Frequency and Charges

Business notification frequency varies based on incoming call activity.

Caller confirmation messages are generally limited to one message per request following express consent.

Message and data rates may apply.

Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and wireless service plan.

6. Opt-Out Instructions

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages.

You may opt out of the applicable SMS program at any time by replying STOP to a message.

After a valid opt-out request, you may receive a final message confirming that your subscription has been canceled. No further messages will be sent under that messaging program unless you provide new consent.

If you wish to resume receiving messages, you must complete the applicable enrollment process again.

Although the service is designed to provide useful and accurate summaries, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or omissions.

Businesses are responsible for reviewing information and confirming important details when necessary.

10. Privacy

Information collected and processed through our services, including mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
