About Our SMS Notification Service

Carmona Creations LLC provides AI-powered receptionist services that answer incoming business calls and deliver automated SMS notifications.

Our SMS program supports two types of communications:

1. Operational call notifications sent to authorized business owners and personnel.
2. Optional one-time confirmation messages sent to callers who explicitly request them.

Messages are informational and customer-service related. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

1. Business Owner and Personnel Notifications

Business owners and authorized personnel may receive automated SMS notifications containing information collected during incoming calls.

These notifications may include:

• Caller names and contact information.
• Call summaries and reasons for calling.
• Service and appointment requests.
• Requested follow-up actions.
• Other information necessary to respond to a customer inquiry.

How Business Recipients Consent

SMS authorization is collected during the AI receptionist service setup and onboarding process.

Each recipient provides their designated mobile number and explicitly agrees to receive automated operational notifications.

SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing or using our services.

The following authorization language is used during onboarding:

Business SMS Authorization

“I agree to receive automated operational SMS messages from Carmona Creations LLC at the mobile number I provide. Messages may include incoming call details, caller contact information, call summaries, appointment requests, and follow-up notifications.

Message frequency varies depending on incoming call activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to unsubscribe.

I understand that my consent is voluntary and is not required as a condition of purchase.

I acknowledge that I have reviewed the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.”

Consent is obtained before SMS notifications are enabled for a recipient.

Authorized recipients may request removal from the notification program at any time.

2. Caller Confirmation Messages

Individuals calling our AI receptionist may choose to receive a one-time SMS confirming that their request has been received and forwarded to the business.

Receiving this confirmation is optional.

The AI receptionist requests explicit verbal permission before sending the confirmation message.

Verbal SMS Consent Script

The AI receptionist asks:

“Would you like to receive a one-time text confirmation from Carmona Creations that your request has been received and forwarded to our team? Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out. You can review our SMS terms and privacy policy at carmonacreations.com. Do I have your permission to send that text?”

If the caller agrees, the AI receptionist records their consent decision and enables the confirmation message.

If the caller declines or does not clearly agree, no confirmation SMS is sent.

A caller does not need to agree to SMS communications to complete their telephone inquiry or submit a service request.

Consent to receive a confirmation does not authorize marketing messages or recurring promotional communications.

3. Example Messages

Business Notification

Carmona Creations: New call from John Smith at 239-555-0100. Request: AC repair. Summary: Customer reports insufficient cooling. Follow-up: Contact customer to schedule service. Reply STOP to opt out.

Caller Confirmation

Carmona Creations: Thank you for calling. Your service request has been received and forwarded to our team for follow-up. Reply STOP to opt out.

4. Message Frequency and Charges

Business notification frequency varies based on incoming call activity.

Caller confirmations are generally limited to one message per consented request.

5. Opting Out and Getting Help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages.

Reply HELP for assistance.
